Welcome to Mayor Woodfin’s travel and expenditure calendar. This calendar represents the Mayor’s promise to make the Mayor’s Office more transparent and accountable for the use of public funds.
For your convenience, the Mayor is providing two versions of his calendar with the same content. One version is visual and can be navigated in the window below. On the visual calendar, click on each travel date to expand the selection and see the full details of the travel. If you prefer to see travel details in a snapshot, then download the PDF provided near the bottom of this page.
Please note the following:
- Travel will be published on the last day of each month for the previous month.
- Each trip will include the following information, if applicable:
- Trip Name
- Trip Purpose
- Trip Location
- Trip Date(s)
- Trip Expenses (Air Travel, Ground Transportation, Registration Costs, Lodging, Etc.)
