ABC Coke has applied for renewal Title V operating permit for Tarrant facility
The Jefferson County Department of Health has given notice that ABC Coke has applied for a renewal Title V operating permit for its Tarrant facility, located at 900 Huntsville Avenue.
Copies of the draft permit may be inspected viewed at the office of Environmental Health Services (Air & Radiation Protection Division), Jefferson County Department of Health, at 1400 Sixth Avenue South, Birmingham, Alabama, from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
A request for a public hearing or comments concerning the draft permit should be emailed to airpermitcomments@jcdh.org.
