Alabama Law Enforcement Torch Run

Burglary Investigation Arrests

The Birmingham Police Department reports that three suspects are in custody and charged in connection with unrelated burglary investigations.  The investigations were focused in neighborhoods located in the southern area of Birmingham.  Officers were able to take the suspects into custody without further incident.

The first suspect has been identified as: Byron Davis, B/M, 26, of Birmingham, Alabama.  Six (6) Burglary warrants have been obtained against the suspect.

The second suspect has been identified as: Xavier Wright, B/M, 19, of Birmingham, Alabama.  Two (2) Burglary warrants have been obtained against the suspect.

The third suspect has been identified as: James Thaddeus Brown, B/M, 27, of Birmingham, Alabama.  The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding probation violation warrant for Burglary.

The suspects are in the custody of the Jefferson County Jail.
