Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle Arrest

The Birmingham Police Department reports that detectives have charged a suspect in connection with an Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle investigation. On Wednesday, March 14, 2012, South Precinct officers were dispatched to investigate a vehicle break-in in progress. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect leaving the victim’s vehicle and took him into custody. Officers found that the suspect was recently released from jail following his February 2012 arrest for vehicle break-ins on the Southside.

The suspect has been identified as:  Freeman Morris, B/M, 39, of Birmingham, Alabama. Two Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle warrants with no bonds have been obtained against the suspect. The suspect was also arrested for two outstanding Failure to Appear warrants for Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle with no bond.

The suspect is in the custody of the Jefferson County Jail.
