The City of Birmingham has appropriated funds in the forthcoming Recovery Zone Bonds for the Replacement of the Grants Mill Road Bridge. We are making you aware that the City of Birmingham recently received an unsolicited proposal from a firm for the installation of a new toll road bridge to replace the existing bridge at no cost to the City. Any firm who is interested in submitting a proposal for the replacement of the bridge should submit to the City by no later than August 6, 2010.
