The 4th Annual Trucks by the Tracks local food truck festival will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. This event has been increasingly popular over the years, with over 20,000 people attending in 2014! Railroad Park Foundation and the Railroad Park Jr. Board coordinate this event in an effort to promote Birmingham pride in local food, local music and the growing downtown districts.
This year, Railroad Park will be charging attendees a $5 entry fee. Kids 12 and under will get in free. Along with your upfront truck/cart fees, this entry fee will help raise funds for the operation of Railroad Park, which has been a huge catalyst for the revitalization of downtown Birmingham.
In addition to the food truck participants, the event will feature live, local music, local beer, and a cash bar.
